• All orders are fulfilled by Printful within 2-5 business days.
• Delivery times vary by region, depending on where in the US the products will be shipped to.
• We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to carrier delays or customs processing.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Complimentary shipping to the USA included in every order.
• Shipping delays may present themselves but we will try to keep our customer updated with all delays and change of schedule.
  

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Please note that there are no returns or refunds.

• All designs, logos, and content are owned by Eloquence Graphics.
• Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for:
  • Carrier delays or lost packages
  • Customs seizures or fees
  • Minor color variations in printed products
