1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• All orders are fulfilled by Printful within 2-5 business days.
• Delivery times vary by region (see Shipping Policy).
• We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to carrier delays or customs processing.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Complimentary worldwide shipping included.
• International orders may incur customs/duties (customer’s responsibility).
• Lost/damaged items covered by Printful’s protection policy (claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery).

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless defective.
• Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos to support@eloquencegraphics.com.

4. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and content are owned by Eloquence Graphics.
• Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for:
  • Carrier delays or lost packages
  • Customs seizures or fees
  • Minor color variations in printed products

6. Privacy Policy

• Customer data is used solely for order processing (see full Privacy Policy).
